ESP-03 ESP8266 Remote Wireless WiFi Module
ESP-03 overview
The ESP-03 is an ESP8266 Remote Wireless WiFi Module made by Espressif Systems, supplied in a QFN-32 package. Main ratings: Communication interface voltage 3.3V; Working current 240mA(MAX). This page brings together the ESP-03 pinout and key specifications, with the full datasheet PDF to preview below or download.
ESP-03 ESP8266 is a low-cost System on Chip (SoC) Microcontroller from Espressif Systems, the developers of the famous ESP8266 SoC (system-on-a-chip). ESP-03 module is designed with pre-programmed AT command set firmware. This allows any Arduino device to be simply connected to the ESP interface, alotting similar WiFi capability as a WiFi Shield. ESP-03 ESP8266 features onboard processing and storage capability that allows it to integrate with the sensors and other application-specific devices through its GPIOs.
ESP-03 can handle all the necessary overhead for communicating with your network. Such as TCP/IP stack and communicating with your 802.11 networks. The module also supports APSD for VoIP applications and Bluetooth co-existence interfaces. Using a self-calibrated RF allows it to work under all operating conditions and requires no external RF parts.
