ESP-11 ESP8266 Remote WiFi Module
ESP-11 overview
The ESP-11 is an ESP8266 Remote WiFi Module made by Espressif Systems. Main ratings: Working voltage 3.3V; Supported voltage 3.0 - 3.6V; Working current 71-80mA; Maximum current 300mA. This page brings together the ESP-11 pinout and key specifications, with the full datasheet PDF to preview below or download.
This ESP-11 is a Wi-Fi serial transceiver module based on the low cost ESP8266 SoC (System on chip) IoT module. ESP-11 ESP8266 possesses a TTL serial communication interface and its parameters can be set by the use of AT MCU commands. The module is widely used in networking, IoT applications and smart home project. ESP-11 can handle all the necessary overhead for communicating with your network. Such as TCP/IP stack and communicating with your 802.11 networks.
ESP-11 module is addressable over SPI and UART, making it an exceptionally easy choice for anyone wanting to start with Internet of Things design. It also allows AT commands to connect to WiFi networks and also allows you to open TCP connections without the need to have a TCP/IP stack running in your own microcontroller: The user can simply connect any MCU to the module and start pushing data up to the Internet.
