USB Full Color LED Display Controller HC-1 is a standalone LED panel controller which is programmed using the NewWing A-Syn software for Windows. The display controller supports a wide range of LED panels from P10 (or larger) down to P4 (and smaller), with scan rates from 1/16 to 1/4. This LED display control card module for panel, compatibility refers to LED Panel compatibility.
