KY-009 overview
This 1-watt RGB LED module can emit various colors of light. The three primary colors, red, green, and blue, can be mixed and composed of all kinds of colors by brightness, so you can make an RGB LED emit colorful light by controlling the circuit.
SMD RGB LED module consists of a full-color LED made by R, G, and B three-pin PWM voltage input that can be adjusted. Primary colors (red/blue/green) strength in order to achieve a full-color mixing effect. Control of the module with the Arduino can be achieved with Cool lighting effects. The RGB Full Color LED SMD Module consists of a 5050 SMD LED, used with limiting resistors to prevent burnout. Compatible with popular electronics platforms like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and ESP8266.
