KY-031 Knock Sensor Module Tap Sensor Module For Arduino
KY-031 overview
The KY-031 Knock Sensor module is a vibration sensor that sends a signal when a knock/tap is detected. Compatible with Arduino, ESP8266, ESP32, Teensy, Raspberry Pi, and other popular platforms. This module consists of a spring-based sensor, a 10 kΩ resistor, and 3 male header pins. The spring emits a high signal when a vibration is detected. This module is a spring-based sensor that sends a HIGH signal when a vibration is detected. It can be widely used in security systems or monitoring. You can easily use it with the Arduino board or any other microcontroller.
KY-031 Knock Sensor Module and a digital 13 interface, built-in LED build a simple circuit to produce percussion flasher. The interface comes with a digital LED, which will knock sensor-connected digital 3 interfaces, when the percussion sensor senses measure to percussive signals, an LED flashing light. The KY-031 Knock Sensor Module detects the knocks and the taps. It can work like a switch. The sensor sends data momentarily to the board. To keep the LED on, the button state change codes should be used. So the sensor will work as a switch. The switch primarily consists of a terminal that forms a center post and a second terminal that is a spring that surrounds the center post.
