Texas Instruments (TI) is a Dallas-based semiconductor company and one of the largest makers of analog and embedded processing chips. Its catalogue covers op amps, voltage regulators, data converters, interface and logic ICs, MSP430 and C2000 microcontrollers, and the classic NE555 timer. TI also absorbed Burr-Brown and National Semiconductor, so many legacy LM-series datasheets carry its name.
