ESP-07 ESP8266 Serial WiFi Module
ESP-07 overview
The ESP-07 is an ESP8266 Serial WiFi Module. Main ratings: Working voltage 3.3V; Supported voltage 3.0 - 3.6V; Operating current 71mA; Maximum current 500mA. This page brings together the ESP-07 pinout and key specifications, with the full datasheet PDF to preview below or download.
ESP-07 ESP8266 WiFi Module is one of the most widely used microcontrollers in the domain of IoT-centric applications. ESP-07 comes pre-programmed with the AT firmware, allowing the user to install the ESP8266 CPU core and library on Arduino IDE and to easily program the ESP-07 module with user-specific Arduino IDE. The module is addressable over SPI and UART, making this an exceptionally easy choice for anyone wanting to build an Internet of Things thing. ESP-05 allows AT commands to connect to WiFi networks and also allows you to open TCP connections without the need to have a TCP/IP stack running in your own MCU.
ESP-07 has powerful onboard processing and storage capabilities that allow it to be integrated with the sensors and other application-specific devices through its GPIOs with minimal development up-front and minimal loading during runtime. The module's high degree of on-chip integration allows for minimal external circuitry, and the entire solution, including the front-end module, is designed to occupy minimal PCB area.
