IRF520 MOSFET Driver Module For Arduino
IRF520 overview
The IRF520 is an MOSFET Driver Module For Arduino. Main ratings: Voltage 3.3V, 5V; Size about 33*24mm; Output load current <5A (1A above needs to add heat sink); Output load voltage 0-24V. This page brings together the IRF520 pinout and key specifications, with the full datasheet PDF to preview below or download.
IRF520 MOSFET Driver Module is a breakout board for the IFR520 MOSFET transistor. The module is designed to switch heavy DC loads from a single digital pin of your microcontroller. Here is a simple breakout board for the IRF520 MOSFET . Easy hookup to your Arduino or another 3-5v microcontroller. Pulse current through a PWM pin, and use this to control a pump, LED, or other DC device at up to 24v, and ~5A. Mos Module IRF520's main purpose is to provide a low-cost way to drive a DC motor for robotics applications, but the module can be used to control most high-current DC loads. Screw terminals are provided to interface with your load and an external power source. An LED indicator provides a visual indication of when your load is being switched.
