Motorola
Motorola Semiconductor was the chip division of the US company Motorola and a major source of discrete transistors, logic and the 68000 and 6800 processor families. Its standard-products business became ON Semiconductor in 1999, and its microcontroller business became Freescale in 2004, so many classic datasheets carry the Motorola name.
